Park Electric’s Universal Systems Benefits Program (USBP) is designed to aid members and renters on our lines who are having a difficult time paying their electric bill. Qualifying applicants are awarded grant monies based upon income and family size guidelines established by HRDC. If approved, dollars are credited directly to the member account. We attempt to further assist applicants by providing advise on how to increase efficiency, conserve energy and improve weatherization. Click here for the application.
