As a member-owned cooperative, Park Electric handles rental accounts differently than other utilities. If a member chooses to rent their property and would like the tenant to pay the power bill, we ask that you contact the office by phone at 406-222-3100 or email info@parkelectric.coop for more information about the process. Please also note the following information:
- Renters may not create an account online or receive electronic bill notifications.
- Renters and landlords must contact the office to confirm move in/out dates.
- If a tenant chooses to pay with a credit card, they can only do so using the QuickPay feature on the homepage of this website or by calling 877-260-7787 and paying over the phone.
- Prorated bills will be done so manually when the move in/out date is more than a week before/after the last day of the month. Prorated amounts will be available for the tenant/landlord to call in or request via email.
