The policies of Park Electric ensure that all members are treated fairly and equitably. All electrical services from Park Electric must be held in the name of the member. When a new customer requests service, they must sign a Membership Agreement and Contract for Electrical Service. The membership contract can only be made by the office at the time of ownership transfer or new service installation. Rental services are listed under the landowner's membership. The person that holds the membership accrues capital credits and is ultimately responsible for any bills at the service. If you should move, sell, or for any other reason want the service taken out of your name, it is your responsibility to notify Park Electric.
